ui3D打印用钛及钛合金粉末制备工艺的研究现状

         

摘要

At present,more researches are about 3D printing technology which is a kind of rapid prototyping technology.Ti and its alloy powder is widely used in many fields because of their excellent physical,chemical and mechanical property.It is the key material for 3D printing.The method of preparing Ti and its alloy powder is described in this report,including Inert Gas Atomization,Plasma Rotation Electrode Process (PREP),RF plasma and so on.And the principle,application and research progress of various preparation methods are also described briefly herein.%3D打印技术是目前研究较多的一种快速成型技术,钛及钛合金由于具有优异的物理、化学和力学性能,使其在多个领域广泛应用,钛及钛合金粉末是3D打印重要的原料.本文介绍了制备钛及钛合金粉末的方法,包括惰性气体雾化法、等离子旋转电极法和射频等离子体法,简单阐明了各种制备方法的原理、应用以及国内外的研究进展.
