海上油田碳酸钙垢形成的影响因素及结垢预测

摘要

本文针对海上油田生产过程中形成钙垢的问题,分析油田水结垢机理及影响CaCO3垢形成的各种因素.以M油田为例,利用蒂夫(Stiff)-戴维斯(Davis)饱和指数法进行结垢预测,稳定指数大于0,水中Ca2+已过饱和,说明M油田在生产过程中会形成CaCO3垢,同时给出几种可行的防垢方法,为现场施工提供参考.%In this paper,aiming at the formation of calcium scale in the production process of offshore oil field,the scaling mechanism of oilfield water and factors affecting the formation of calcium carbonate scale are analyzed.Take M oil field as an example,the Stiff-Davis saturation index method is used to predict the formation of scale,the stability index is greater than 0,so the calcium ion in the water has been saturated.The results show that calcium carbonate will form in the production process of M oilfield.Meanwhile,several feasible methods for scale prevention are put forward,this will provide reference for site construction.
