K区块高密度钻井液体系优化研究

     

摘要

With the exploration of oil and gas resources in China,the difficulty of exploration and mining is increasing,and the characteristics of "three high"strata appear more and more.Drilling fluid is a necessary"blood" in the drilling process,which directly determines the success or failure of drilling.This paper takes the K block as the research background,focuses on the analysis of indicators of the properties of drilling fluid in the block is mainly from the filtrate reducer optimization,sedimentation stability regulation,effects of XC,LV-PAC amount of drilling fluid system performance and system performance of the different density of several aspects of the research,the final optimized drilling fluid system suitable for the area drilling,it is worthy of promotion and application in other wells drilling further.%随着我国油气资源勘探的进行,勘探开采的难度不断增加,“三高”地层的特征出现的越来越多.钻井液作为钻井过程中必不可少的“血液”,直接决定着钻井工作的成败.本文主要以K区块作为研究背景,重点分析了该区块的钻井液的各项指标特性主要从降失水剂优选,沉降稳定性调节,XC、LV-PAC加量对钻井液体系性能影响以及不同密度体系性能这几个方面展开研究,最终优选出适合该区块钻进的钻井液体系,值得在其他井位的钻井中进一步的推广与应用.
