塑料密度测量审核中测量不确定度的评定

摘要

对GB/T 1033.1-2008 中浸渍法测定塑料密度的不确定度进行了评定.不确定度主要来源于测量重复性、浸渍液的密度、测量温度、样品称量4个因素.当塑料密度为0.9200g/cm<'3>时,扩展不确定度为0.0032g/cm<'3>.%Measurement uncertainty of plastic density by immersion method of GB/T 1033.1 - 2008 was evaluated.The sources of uncertainty of measurement were measurement repeatability, the density of impregnating solution, temperature measurement and sample weighing.The expanded uncertainty was 0.003 2 g/cm3 as the plastic density was 0.9200 g/cm3.
