ICP-AES法测定锡精矿中锡、铜、铅、铁的含量

         

摘要

A new method was established for the determination of Sn, Cu, Pb, Fe in tin concentrate by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES) with sodium peroxide melting. The way of sample decomposed, the amount of sodium peroxide and the analytical lines were discussed. 1.5 g Na2O2 and 850℃ were used in the sample decomposed. The analysis spectral lines of 189.991,324.754,220.353,259.940 nm were selected to measure Sn, Cu, Pb and Fe, respectively. The method was applied to determine Sn, Cu, Pb, Fe in standard samples(BY0107-l). The results were satisfactory with the RSD(n=5) in the range of 0.16%-2.11%, and the recoveries were 92.0%-101.6%, the detection limits were 0.006,0.002,0.005,0.001 μg / mL, respectively.%建立了过氧化钠熔融分解样品、电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定锡精矿中锡、铜、铅、铁的新方法.对试样分解方法、过氧化钠用量、元素分析谱线等进行了讨论.选择过氧化钠用量为2.0g,样品熔融温度为850℃,锡、铜、铅、铁分析谱线分别为189.991,324.754,220.353,259.940nm.将该方法应用于标准样品(BY0107-1)中Sn,Cu,Pb,Fe的测定,待测元素的回收率在92.0%~101.6%之间,检出限为分别为0.006,0.002,0.005,0.001μg/mL,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.16%~2.11% (n=5).
