手工内磁选-重铬酸钾滴定法测定铜磁铁矿中磁性铁含量

         

摘要

建立了手工内磁选–重铬酸钾滴定法测定铜磁铁矿中磁性铁含量的方法。将试样溶解于水中,在(72000±8000) A/s磁场强度下,采用手工内磁选法分离出磁性物,用盐酸溶解磁性物,用氨水分离铜,然后用氯化亚锡–三氯化钛还原三价铁,以稀重铬酸钾溶液氧化过量的还原剂,最后用重铬酸钾标准溶液滴定全铁量。磁性铁测定结果的相对标准偏差小于0.4%(n=11),对两种标准物质分析结果的相对误差不大于0.30%。该方法分析成本低,可作为日常方法使用。%A method was established to measure the magnet iron content in copper magnetite by using manual inside magnetic separation–potassium dichromate titration method. After the sample being dissolved in water,magnetic material was separated using manual inside magnetic separation method under (72 000±8 000) A/s magnetic field intensity. Magnetic materials were dissolved with acid and copper was separated with ammonium hydroxide afterwards, and ferric iron was reduced using stannous chloride–titanium trichloride, excessive reductant was oxidized using dilute potassium dichromatesolution, and total iron content was determined using potassium dichromate standard solution titration. RSD (n=11) was less than 0.4%, and the relative errors of detection results of two certified reference materials were not more than 0.30%. This method can be applied for daily use with low cost.
