The content of Cr and Si in CuNiSiCr copper alloy were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and lower results were obtained, which was confirmed not to due to incomplete melting or burning, but sample dissolution method. By separating sample dissolution of Cr and Si element, adding hydrofluoric acid to volatile Si element while Cr dissolving, and the effects of Si on Cr analysis was eliminated. By this way, the results were close to compounding ingredients.%采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测试CuNiSiCr铜合金中Cr,Si成分时测定结果偏低,分析发现该现象不是熔炼过程中元素吸收不完全或样品熔炼烧损造成的,而是溶样方式不恰当造成的。将Cr,Si元素分开溶样,在溶解Cr元素时加入氢氟酸挥发Si元素,消除Si元素对Cr元素分析的影响,测试结果接近配料成分的实际含量。
