兆瓦级直驱风力发电机瞬态短路有限元分析

             

摘要

针对兆瓦级永磁直驱风力发电机瞬间短路的情况,运用Ansoft电磁有限元分析软件对兆瓦级永磁同步风力发电机进行仿真分析。利用 RMxprt模块对发电机进行快速建模,计算出绕组每相电阻值和端部漏感,再用Maxwell2D模块建立永磁同步风力发电机瞬间单相线间短路的仿真模型,得到发电机在最恶劣情况下电流和电磁转矩的波形曲线,并对结果进行综合分析,从而为大型风力发电机的优化设计及故障诊断提供必要的理论依据。%Simulation analysis is performed with finite element analysis software called as“Ansoft”aiming at the transient short-circuits in megawatt direct-driven wind generator. Utilizing RMxprt module, model is built up for the generator to calculate winding resistance per phase and leaky end resistance, and then simulation model is established with Maxwell2D module for single-phase line-to-line transient short-circuits in magneto generator to obtain the wave curve of current and magnetic torque under the worst operation condition. Further, comprehensive analysis is performed for the simulation results in order to provide theoretical basis for optimization design and failure diagnosis of large wind generator.
