介绍一种在不进行联合试车条件下调试机械压力机主传动相位精度的新方法，应用此方法可降低调试成本，在保证产品质量的同时缩短调试周期。%The paper introduces a new method to adjust the phase accuracy of main drive used for the mechanical press in the non-combined test run and this method will reduce the commissioning cost, ensure the product quality and shorten the commissioning period.
