350 t转炉焊接变形控制

         

摘要

350 t转炉壳体要求尺寸精度较高,拖圈两耳轴同轴度1 mm,而且拖圈结构件板壁厚,结构复杂,导致焊接应力和变形难以控制。然而,如能根据转炉各部分结构件特点制定相应的焊接工艺,包括坡口设计、焊接参数、焊接顺序和热处理工艺等,则可以保证炉壳和拖圈的基本尺寸,同时满足两耳轴同轴度的要求,最终达到控制焊接变形的目的。%The 350 t converter has more stringent requirements on the vessel shell dimension. Two (2) trunnions require the coaxiality up to 1mm for the trunnion ring. Due to the thicker plate fabricated for trunnion ring and the complicated structure, it's difficult to control welding stress and deformation. However, if the welding procedure specification is prepared specially for the features of each fabricated part, incl. bevel design, welding parameter, welding sequence and heat treatment instruction, etc taken into account, it's able to ensure the basic dimension of the vessel shell and trunnion ring. Additionally, the coaxiality is also met for the two trunnions and finally the welding deformation is controlled.
