立式喷淬自动控制系统设计

摘要

对一重集团某热处理车间立式喷淬系统进行改造，设计出立式喷淬自动控制系统，该系统实际运行效果良好，有效节约水、电资源，达到了节能降耗的目的。%In this essay, a vertical spray quenching system in one heat treatment workshop of CFHI has been upgraded and automatic control system has been designed. This system runs very well and has effectively represents consumption of less water and electricity for energy saving.
