炉卷轧机板卷生产线板材轧后速度控制分析

         

摘要

Steckel mill features flexible arrangement and production. The Steckel mill coiling line is one type of Steckel mill and has different production process from general wide-plate rolling mills. Many equipment between the steckel mill stand and cooling bed result in longer parent plates after being rolled. The process flow is compact. The final consecutive sub-plates have to be loaded on the cooling bed at the speed that can match the loading cycle of the cooling bed. The mismatch between the speed of equipment leads to the interference between adjacent sub-plates. So, the running speed of the equipment in this area has to be analysed in order to set up proper speed relationship among the equipment.%炉卷轧机生产线的主要特点是布置型式和生产非常灵活,炉卷轧机板卷生产线是炉卷轧机生产线的一种,其与常规宽厚板生产线的生产工艺流程有所不同,炉卷轧机至冷床之间区域的设备较多,导致轧后母板的长度较长。生产工艺流程较为紧密,最终相邻子母板的冷床上料节奏必须满足冷床的上料周期,如若设备之间的速度匹配不合理就会导致相邻的子母板之间发生干涉现象。因此,需要针对此区域内的设备的运行节奏进行分析,以便能够合理匹配各设备之间的速度关系。
