阴离子添加剂在妊娠母猪生产中的应用效果试验

摘要

To study effects of anion additive on the urinary pH, blood ion concentrations, liver function and piglets birth weight, 20 late pregnant binary sowsCprenatal 21 d to delivery)were allotted to 2 groups by matching experimental design. The results showed that: by feeding the diet with anion additive, the urinary pH decreased significantly compared to the control group(P0. 05) ; There were no significant differences of the blood ion concentrations and liver function between these two groups.%试验选用处于妊娠后期(产前21 d至分娩)的大白母猪20头,通过配对试验设计,探讨阴离子添加剂对母猪尿液pH值、血清离子浓度、肝功能、仔猪初生重的影响.结果表明:饲喂阴离子盐添加剂日粮,能显著降低母猪尿液pH值(P＜0.05),提高母猪血清钙离子浓度(P＞0.05)；对母猪血清离子浓度、肝功能无明显影响(P＞0.05).
