探讨了青贮玉米籽实对断奶仔猪生长性能和免疫功能的影响.结果表明:饲喂添加1.5％(试验1组)、2.5％(试验2组)、3.5％(试验3组)青贮玉米籽实的试验组与对照组相比腹泻指数分别降低了42.4％、54.4％、49.6％ (P＜0.05),试验1组、试验2组与对照组相比日均采食量分别提高了12.40％、11.29％(P＜0.05),平均日增重分别提高了15.23％、12.53％(P＜0.05),脾脏指数分别提高了25.47％和20.50％(P＜0.05),胸腺指数分别提高了32.20％和26.27％ (P＜0.05),血清IgA水平分别提高了24.59％和18.03％(P＜0.05).综合各项指标,饲料中添加2.5％的青贮玉米籽实效果较理想.%The experiment was conducted to study the effects of maize seed silage on growth performance and immune function of weaning piglets. The experimental group 1. Group 2 and group 3 were fed basal diet with 1.5%, 2. 5% and 3. 5% maize seed silage, respectively. The results showed that diarrhea index of group 1, group 2 and group 3 were 42. 4% , 54. 4% and 49. 6% lower than that of the control group(P<0. 05) ,respectively; Compared to the control group, the average daily feed intake of group 2 and group 3 increased by 12. 40% and 11. 29% (P<0. 05) , the average daily gain of these increased by 15. 23% and 12. 53% (P<0.05), spleen index of these increased by 25. 47% and 20. 50% (P<0. 05) ,thymus index of these increased by 32. 20% and 26. 27%(P<0. 05) , and IgA level in serum of these increased by 24. 59% and 18. 03%(P<0. 05)". It was concluded that the addition of 2. 5% maize seed silage in the diet was better.
