抗生素替代品在鸡养殖中的应用研究进展

摘要

In recent years,the widely use of antibiotics has caused some problems such as microbial resistance and antibiotic residues in animal food products.Efficient,environmental and non-toxic feed additives have a broad application prospect in breeding industry,which have gradually used to replace antibiotics.We briefly introduced some kinds of feed additives replace of antibiotics,and its application in chicken breeding industry,in order to provide reference for theoretical research and practi-cal application of antibiotic alternatives in chicken breeding.%近年来，抗生素的不当使用造成了微生物耐药性和动物源食品中的抗生素残留等问题。高效、环保、无毒副作用的饲料添加剂在畜禽养殖业中正在逐步替代抗生素，具有广阔的应用前景。简要介绍了鸡养殖中几种常用饲用抗生素替代品的研究进展及应用现状，以期为鸡养殖中抗生素替代品的理论研究和实际应用提供理论基础。
