利用当地原料制备陶瓷薄板的工艺研究

     

摘要

陶瓷薄板是一种由粘土和其它无机非金属原料,经配料、成形、高温煅烧等工艺制成的薄型陶瓷制品.本研究的陶瓷薄板以煤矸石为主要原料,通过传统陶瓷的生产工艺制备.采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和阿基米德原理研究了样品的物相组成、显微结构、体积密度和吸水率.结果表明,当原料组成为:苏州土8%、大同土12%、长石20%、煤矸石60%时,所制得的陶瓷薄板试样中含莫来石晶相最多,其抗折强度最高为100 MPa左右,厚度为3~6 mm,比普通陶瓷板薄了5~6 mm.%Ceramic plate is composed of clay and other inorganic non-metallic materials,which is approved by mixing, forming and high temperature calcination.In this paper ceramic plate sample adopt datongtu,suzhoutu,coal gangue,feld-spar and quartz as raw material.At the same time it producted by traditional ceramic production technics.And XRD indica-ted that the ceramic plate sample contains the most of mullite crystal phase and the strength of the ceramic plate is about 100 MPa and the thickness is 3~6 mm,thinner than common ceramic plate (about 5~6 mm).When the mixture of suzhoutu,datongtu,feldspar and coal gangue,with the weight percentage of 8,12,20 and 60.
