当代中国文化发展方位变迁与文化安全的思考

摘要

Abstracts: Contemporary Chinese culture is increasingly exposed to the environment of Globalization, Chinese society is undergoing a full range of social transformation ,the complexity of Ideological and cultural fields is growing ,and cultural development directions are making the historical changes while the reform of our cultural system is relatively lagging behind. All of these bring new challenges to our country's cultural security. Therefore ,we must innovate mechanisms of cultural development ,seriously explore a cultural development pattern of "reasonable combination of various factors and positive interaction of multiple motive force" which is in line with the law of cultural development and the characteristics of times, realize a power mix of "the same goal、the various focus、the elements coordination and the complementary advantages ",form a powerful resultant forces of cultural development ,and comprehensively improve the soft power of national culture and lay a good foundation for maintaining national cultural security.%当代中国文化越来越置身于全球化的环境之中，中国社会正在经历全方位的社会转型，思想文化领域的复杂性不断加剧，文化发展方位正在发生历史性变迁而文化体制改革则相对滞后，这些都对我国的文化安全带来新的挑战。为此，必须创新文化发展机制，努力探索符合文化发展规律和时代特征的“多种要素合理组合、多元动力良性互动”的文化发展模式，实现“目标一致、各有侧重、要素联动、优势互补”的动力组合，形成文化发展的强大合力，全面提升国家文化软实力，为维护国家文化安全奠定良好基础。
