铣削参数对航空铝合金薄壁件表面粗糙度的影响

         

摘要

以7050-T7451航空铝合金薄壁件为试验对象,运用单因素实验方法对其进行高速铣削试验,研究了铣削速度、每齿进给量、铣削深度和铣削宽度四个铣削参数与薄壁件表面粗糙度之间的变化规律.研究结果表明:铣削速度对表面粗糙度的影响很小,基本可忽略;表面粗糙度随每齿进给量和铣削深度的增加而增大;铣削宽度增大时,表面粗糙度先增大后减小,铣削宽度超过5 mm后,表面粗糙度基本不变,对于保证加工质量具有重要意义.%The high-speed milling experiments were made based on 7050-T7541 aluminum alloy thin-wall part by single factor test. The relationship between the surface roughness and milling parameters, including the milling speed, feed rate, milling depth and milling width, was investigated. The results indicate that the milling speed has the least influence on surface roughness, so it could hardly be considered on the whole. The surface roughness increases with the increasing of feed rate and milling depth. The surface roughness firstly increases and then decreases with the increasing of milling width, and almost remains the same when the milling width is more than five millimeters, which is of great significance to improve the machining quality.
