2010-2015年北京市户籍居民交通伤害疾病负担分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the burden of traffic injury in Beijing from 2010 to 2015,and provide evidence for the development of traffic injury prevention and control strategies. Methods Use the data of death caused by traffic injuries in residents of Beijing from 2010 to 2015 to calculate and analyze the mortality,standardized mortality,YLL and YLL rate. Results Death rate from traffic injury in Beijing decreased from 8. 39 /100 000 in 2010 to 6. 03 /100 000 in 2015. The standardized mortality rate dropped from 7. 52 /100 000 in 2010 to 5. 00 /100 000 in 2015. Mortality rate and standardization rate in males were higher than those in females; pedestrian traffic injury and motor vehicles traffic injury standardization rate ranked top two,and the standardization death rate from all types of traffic injuries decreased. The YLL of traffic injury dropped from 30 831. 97 in 2010 to 21 313. 47 in 2015,with YLL per 100 000 people falling from 246. 30 to 159. 14. Conclusion The death rate of traffic injuries in Beijing shows a downward trend,which is lower than the national average level in same period. Traffic injury mortality has shown an upward trend with age. Interventions should focus on strengthening traffic injury in males and the elderly.%目的 分析2010-2015年北京市户籍居民交通伤害疾病负担情况,为制订交通伤害相关防控策略提供依据.方法 利用2010-2015年北京市户籍居民交通伤害死因资料,计算并分析死亡率、标化死亡率、早死所致寿命损失年(YLL)、YLL率等指标.结果 2010-2015年,交通伤害死亡率从8.39/10万下降至6.03/10万,标化死亡率从7.52/10万下降至5.00/10万,男性死亡率及标化率均高于女性;行人交通伤害与机动车交通伤害标化率位居前二,且所有类型交通伤害标化率均下降.2010-2015年,交通伤害YLL从30 831.97人年下降至21 313.47人年,其中,YLL率从 246.30/10万下降至159.14/10万.结论 北京市交通伤害死亡水平呈现下降趋势,低于同期全国平均死亡水平.交通伤害死亡率随年龄增长呈现上升趋势,应重点加强对男性及老年人口的交通伤害干预.
