节育术致子宫损伤68例临床分析

摘要

Objective To analyze uterine injury reason and methods after jieyushu. Methods To select 68 patients from 2014.1 to 2014.12 with retrospective analysis, uterine injury types, parts and risk factors and diagnosis and treatment was summarized. Results Simple uterus perforation 54 cases (79.4%), merging the 14 cases (20.6%). Conclusion uterine perforation and visceral injury is a common complication JieYuShu,it should be taken targeted measures to prevent and reduce the incidence.%目的 分析节育术致子宫损伤的原因,探讨相关防范对策.方法 回顾性分析我院2014年1月~12月收治的68例节育术致子宫损伤患者的临床资料,对子宫损伤类型、部位、高危因素及诊断、治疗情况进行总结.结果 68例患者中,单纯性子宫穿孔54例(占79.4%),合并腹腔脏器损伤14例(20.6%),子宫损伤与患者存在人工流产史、哺乳期、绝经期、子宫异常等情况下行节育术有关.结论 子宫穿孔及脏器损伤是节育术常见并发症,有必要对子宫损伤发生的常见原因进行分析,并采取有针对性的防范措施,降低发生率.
