微创经皮钢板内固定术结合外固定架治疗开放性III型Pilon骨折的临床应用

摘要

目的：研究微创经皮钢板内固定术结合外固定架在治疗开放性III型Pilon骨折的临床应用。方法对我院于2012年～2014年收治的32例开放性III型Pilon骨折患者进行回顾性分析。结果随访两组病例6～12个月，32例均骨性愈合，临床疗效评价对照组Mazur功能评分平均（85.55±7.32）分，治疗组Mazur功能评分平均（91.32±6.24）分，两组评分P＜0.05，治疗组功能评分高于对照组。结论微创经皮钢板内固定术结合外固定架其治疗效果优于有限内固定结合外固定架手术的治疗效果，在临床实践中具有临床意义。%Objective To study the clinical application of techniques of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) fixation combined with external fixator to treating open type III Pilon fracture.Methods This study collected 32 cases of patients for open type III Pilon fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from 2012 to 2014. ResultsFollowed up for 6~12 months, bone healing could be seen in all of 32 cases. As for the evaluation of clinical curative effect, the average Mazur function score of the control group was (85.55±7.32), and that of the treatment group was (91.32±6.24). and the value of P of scores between two groups was less than 0.05 (P<0.05).Conclusion Techniques of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis fixation combined with external fixator makes clinical significance in clinical practice.
