本文在产业结构转型升级、自主创新的背景下，基于双向互动视角对先进制造业与现代服务业的互动关系进行理论研究，结合苏州先进制造业与现代服务业发展的现实基础，得出具有苏州特色的路径选择。%Affected by the 2008 financial crisis, both EU and US economies face a continued downturn, which inevitably leads to a new round of global economic structure adjustment. Besides, a dramatic change has taken place in China's macroeconomic situation, with structural transformation being the theme of China's economic development. Soochow is China's second largest industrial city, coming only after Shanghai, and its economic indicators including the GDP and the fiscal revenue are running ahead in China. However, with regard to its development model, the city is also confronted with a fierce challenge. Structural transformation will undoubtedly become one of the most important issues in the future. To meet the challenge, it is imperative for the city's advanced manufacturing and modern services to become interactive. This paper presents a theoretical analysis as well as a status survey to illustrate this viewpoint.
