虚拟集聚的概念日益引人关注，其集聚程度已经越来越高，研究海外高层次科技人才的虚拟集聚机理和效应也变得越发必要。本文以美国华裔教授专家网作为个案样本，通过对美国华裔教授专家网近年来有关内容的整理和总结，了解美国华裔教授专家的活动状况和最新动态，客观分析其特点、优势与存在的问题。随着网络的发展，虚拟集聚的手段越来越多样化。网络互动是海外高层次科技人才与中国进行互动的最大特点。本文将美国华人高层次人才与网络联系在一起，着重体现虚拟集聚互动方式的创新。%As the concept “Virtual Clustering”is drawing more and more attention and the scale of clustering is becoming larger day by day,it is necessary to look into the cause and effect of the overseas high-level intellectuals’virtual clustering.This paper takes the website Scholars Net as the case study to analyze the features, advantages and existing problems of virtual clustering. In the wake of the development of Internet,various kinds of virtual clustering come into being,and the major characteristic of communication between overseas intellectuals and their Chinese counterparts is the constant use of the Internet.The highlight of this paper is to associate overseas high-level talents with the use of Internet with a focus on the innovation of the pattern of virtual clustering.
