委托代理问题与谨慎的联系

Modern commercial activities combine professional division , fractional collaboration , systemic integration and circuit reorganization . The problems of agent can exist in all aspects of the business economy .The process of agent is accompanied by risks .Study on the risk should not be limited to the risk of second‐lever ,and should expand to the higher lever .Studies have show n that the caution has widely existed in the agency .%现代商业活动集专业分工、单元合作、系统集成、流程再造于一体。委托代理存在于商务经济的方方面面。委托代理过程伴随着风险的过程。对风险的研究不能止于二阶，应言及更高阶的风险。研究认为，谨慎普遍存在于委托代理之中。
