本文根据温州市农村社区770户居民的问卷调查数据，运用路径分析法对农村社区服务满意度影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明，作为中间变量的农村社区服务设施评价、服务人员评价、服务项目评价对社区服务满意度的影响显著。初始变量中农村居民到社区服务中心的步行时间、自己或家人是否享受过社区提供的服务、参与社区公约等制度建设的意愿、社区服务决策的民主性等因素对农村社区服务满意度有着直接与间接影响，家庭农业人口占比、农村居民文化程度则通过中间变量对社区服务满意度产生影响。%Based on an in-depth investigation of 770 residents in Wenzhou rural communities,this paper analyzes factors that affect service satisfaction in rural communities.The results show that the assessments of rural community service,service staff and service program are regarded as intermediate variables significantly affecting the satisfaction level.The distance between resident house and community center,the experience of using community service,the willingness to contribute to community service, the democratization of decision-making belong to the main factors that directly or indirectly affect the satisfaction level. Agricultural population proportion and educational level affect satisfaction by intermediate variables.
