以社区物流为切入点，基于国内外对于社区物流的研究文献，归纳出社区物流的特点。在此基础上，举例说明我国社区物流的配送现状及突出问题，并对这些瓶颈问题的影响因素做分析，为我国社区物流发展提供一些新的研究思路。然后以社区为例，通过问卷调查的方式，总结出社区居民的需求和物流现状，提出社区物流的优化方案。%This paper focuses on the present situation of community logistics and bottleneck problems.By using past research achievements and data,it sums up the problems existing in history and today.Furthermore,it analyzes the factors that have caused these bottleneck problems and provides new ideas for their solution.A questionnaire survey is presented to reveal the demands of the community residents for logistics followed by a scheme for optimization of community logistics.
