沈阳市国有企业自主创新能力分析

摘要

The state-owned enterprises in Shenyang City are more active in independent innovation, which put huge research funds and personnel investment. But their small amount of patents and low proportion of sales revenue of new products in all operation revenue indicate that the utilization ratio on innovative resources is still lower. Therefore, the state-owned enterprises in Shenyang City should establish innovative evaluation sygtem and independent innovation and communication platform, build enterprise internal management and operation mechanism, introduce and retain talents, and develop protection awareness of intellectual property right.%沈阳市国有企业的自主创新活动比较活跃，研发经费及人员投入力度较大，但国有企业的专利数量较少、新产品销售收入占营业收入的比重较低等，说明创新资源的利用效率仍然处在一个比较低的水平。提升沈阳市国有企业的自主创新能力，应建立国有企业创新评估制度和自主创新交流平台。建立健全企业内部管理和运营机制。积极引进人才并留住人才，树立知识产权意识。
