琼台休闲农业合作现状分析与策略探讨

摘要

The leisure agriculture cooperation between Taiwan and Hainan leads to the upgraded species of fruits and aquatic products, the adjusted and improved agriculture mix and increased farmer's income in Hainan. Currently the key barriers that hamper leisure agriculture cooperation between Hainan and Taiwan are the political relations and system differences across the straits. The two sides should make the governments play their full parts, strengthen policy support, make better investment climate, intensify the work to introduce experts, create systems of exchange and human resource training programs to advance further development of leisure agriculture exchange and cooperation between Hainan and Taiwan.%琼台两地休闲与农业合作促进了海南瓜果和水产品种的更新换代，推动了海南农业结构的调整和优化，增加了海南地方农民收入。目前，影响琼台两地休闲与农业深入合作的主要障碍来自于两地政治关系以及体制差异。琼台两地应该发挥政府主导作用，通过市场运作，社会参与，建立各种休闲农业合作机制和平台，加强政策扶持，改善投资环境，加大专家引进的力度，建立交流学习机制和休闲农业人才的培训机制，促进琼台两地休闲农业的交流与合作向深层次发展。
