我国民间投资发展现状和政策建议

摘要

目前，我国民间投资已成为促进经济发展的一个重要因素，但是民间投资存在的投资产业结构不合理、融资渠道单一、政府职能缺失、民营企业的自身素质制约民间投资发展等现状不容乐观。促进民间投资健康持续发展，要贯彻落实国务院《关于鼓励和引导健康发展的若干意见》，充分发挥政府在民间投资发展过程的调控作用；建立多元化的融资渠道，切实提高民营企业自身素质，从根本上增强可持续发展能力。%Although investment from the private sector has been key to advance economic development in China at present, people still worry about its irrational investment structure, undiversified financing channel, absence of government＇s function, and restraints exercised by privately owned companies. Can healthy sustained development of investment from the private sector be achieved by implementing Notes of Encouraging and Leading Healthy Development of Investment from Private Sector promulgated by the State Council, making gov- ernment＇s control to play its full part, setting up diversified financing channels, raising the performance of private companies to fundamen- tally increase sustainable development ability.
