我国出口贸易与环境之管见

摘要

The opening up of China has entered into a new phase with enormous changes in import and export trade and in the two-way investment status and function. Along with the acceleration of globalization, the economic environment protection waves are surging, import and export trade and environmental problems are attracting more attention from economic organizations and governments in the world. Es- pecially the green barrier and trade protectionism, to some extent, res~ct China＇s export trade development. We must adapt to the new cir- cumstance and create new ideas for export trade and economy to shape the new expert structure. Meanwhile, formulate and improve do- mestic environmental protection regulations and laws to integrate with the international environmental conventions and ensure sustainable and profound expert development.%我国对外开放已进入新阶段，进出口贸易、双向投资的地位和作用发生了深刻变化。伴随着世界经济一体化进程的加快，全球经济环境保护浪潮涌动，进出口贸易与环境问题越来越受到世界经济组织和各国政府的关注。尤其是绿色壁垒和贸易保护主义作崇，不同程度的制约了我国出口贸易的顺利发展。我们必须适应新形势，创新对外经贸的新思路，形成我国出口贸易的新格局。要制定和完善我国的环境保护法规。实现与国际环境法规的惯例接轨，保障我国出口贸易持续、深化发展。
