Since the 1980s reform and opening up, this country has seen a huge economic development, but the growth pace of different areas is inconsistent. Zhejiang and Anhui are two neighboring provinces located in the East China. The former has turned into a province of strong economy at speed; while, the latter is still working hard as a backward agricultural province with less than half of Zhejiang＇s GDP for a long time. The gap between these two provinces mainly shows in terms of scale and number. Taking their overall situations into account, the two provinces should take their respective advantages according to the local conditions. Anhui should keep pace with Yangtze River Delta, adapt to the transformation and radiation caused by economic restructuring, and integrate quickly into the economic systems of Yangtze River Delta and the world, so as to narrow economic gap between these two provinces, in addition, pursue mutual benefit and common development.%自从20世纪80年代改革开放以来，全国各地经济有了巨大发展，但是发展建设的步伐却不一致，同属于华东地区并且比邻的两个省，浙江省都已快步进入经济强省之列时，而安徽仍然以落后的农业大省的身份在艰难地发展着。而安徽省长期以来生产总值不足浙江省的一半。这主要表现在：规模和数量的差距。浙江、安徽要从全局考虑，从实际出发，因地制宜，发挥各自特色优势。安徽加快与长三角对接，接受长三角经济结构调整的转移和辐射，尽快融入长三角，直至全球一体化的经济体系，两省的经济差异会缩小，同时实现互利互惠，共同发展。
