我国企业承接离岸IT服务外包存在的问题分析

近年来，我国企业承接离岸IT服务外包的国际市场开拓现状表现为市场规模不断扩大，领域逐步拓宽。但存在着企业规模小、交付能力弱、领域知识和必要人才缺乏、技术和管理认证不足以及知识产权保护力度不够等问题，制约着我国企业承接离岸IT服务外包业务的发展。%In recent years, the international market that Chinese enterprises carry on service outsourcing of off-shore IT is continuously enlarging in scale and service field is further expanding. However, there are some problems limiting the development of service outsourcing of off-shore IT, i.e. small scale, weak deliverability, shortage in professional skills and personnel, technology management certification and protection of intellectual property.
