资产评估风险及其防范

资产评估风险包括不可控风险和可控风险两类。法制建设不完备以及评估人员的综合素质不高是资产评估风险产生的主要原因。资产评估风险的防范对策是：加快评估法律、法规体系建设的步伐，统一立法；尽快完善资产评估准则体系；理顺资产评估行业管理体制；加强资产评估行业与各行业的联系；建立内部质量控制制度以及评估专家咨询委员会和评估争议调解委员会；资产评估人员应转变思想观念，提高自身综合素质。%Appraisal risk on asset consists of controllable and uncontrollable risks. The main reasons are that the legal construction is incomplete and appraisal personnel＇s overall quality is inferior. The following suggestion can be used to prevent the risks： quickening the construction pace on appraisal laws and regulations by unified legislation, perfect standard and system, trade management system on asset appraisal, reinforce the connection with other trades, establish system on internal quality control, consultative committee of appraisal expert. and mediation committee of appraisal dispute, and change ideas to increase overall quality for the appraisal personnel.
