南京城市竞争力评价分析及提升对策探讨

综合研究人员的评价结果，南京综合竞争力在全国范围内相比，与自身资源和地位不相适应，排名略显落后。南京综合竞争力在长三角区域内相比也不突出，南京在教育和科研上实力突出，在创新能力上较强，但整体经济实力略显落后，开放程度不足，企业竞争力不强，居民收入水平偏低，基础设施还不够完善。提升南京城市竞争力的对策是：提升政府管理能力，强化城市经营理念；加强企业创新文化建设，提高企业家精神；加快产业结构的升级与转换，建立协同创新平台；提升国际化和开放程度，加强区域合作。%Compared with other cities nationwide, the overall competitiveness of Nanjing is unmatched with its own resources and status, and the ranking is slightly fall behind. Compared with Yangtze River Delta cities, Nanjing is not prominent. Nanjing has prominent strength on education, scientific research, and innovation, but the overall economic strength is backward slightly, which is lack of openness, less competitive, low income levels, and inadequate infrastructure. In order to enhance the competitiveness, the government should improve government management capacity to strengthen urban management philosophy, enhance corporate innovation culture building to increase entrepreneurship, accelerate industrial upgrading and transformation to establish collaborative innovation platform, and enhance interna-tionalization and openness to strengthen regional cooperation.
