关于中国朝鲜族聚居边疆农村贫困问题的几点思考

In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development, economic and social development of the border areas in-habited by Koreans also made great progress. However, due to the low quality of poor rural area, imperfect rural social service system and limited funding, poverty alleviation funds in the region cannot really make the best use. In order to effectively solve the poverty problem, further enhance the new rural economic and social development and achieve social stability and economic development, gov-ernment at all levels should build the new model to innovate to the path of poverty and improve the social service system, develop space urban system and promote the diversified development.%近年，随着社会经济的快速发展，我国朝鲜族聚居边疆地区的经济社会发展也取得了巨大的进步。但由于农村贫困人口素质不高、农村社会化服务体系不健全、扶贫资金投入有限等原因，致使该地区的扶贫资金未能真正物尽其用。要有效解决朝鲜族聚居边疆农村贫困问题，各级政府应构建新型扶贫模式，创新反贫困路径，健全社会化服务体系，并大力发展空间城镇体系，促进其多元化发展，从而进一步提高该地区的新农村经济社会建设，实现全区的社会稳定和经济发展。
