国内主题酒店发展探微

随着酒店市场需求的日益多层次化,酒以及顺应体验经济的发展潮流,我国主题酒店的发展速度正越来越快,正日益受到业界越来越多的关注。但与此同时也涌现了不少问题主要体现在同质化现象严重,市场认知不深刻,主题设计表里不一,品牌附加值较低等方面。成功的主题酒店并不是简单地相应某种市场需求,或是跟随一种风尚,它需要酒店企业高瞻远瞩,运用专业化的思维和理念去投资、设计、建设和运营。唯有深刻认知市场情形,科学设计主题内涵,深度设计酒店主题,大力增加产品附加值和突出特色发展才能在将来日益激烈的市场竞争中取得一席之地。%With the growth demand of a multi-level hotel market and the development trend of the experience economy, thematic hotels in China grow more and more rapidly, attracting the attention in the hotel circle increasingly. At the same time, more problems appear, in-cluding similar products, misunderstanding of the public, discrepancy of theme design, and lower brand value added. A successful themat-ic hotel does not simply meet a market demand or follow a kind of fashion, it must target on long-term development with specialized thoughts and ideas in investment, design, construction and operation. A hotel may have a market share in the fierce competition only by having a profound understanding of the market, designing theme content reasonably, and increasing value added of the products and the attractive features.
