金融危机后新一代国际经贸规则核心议题重点是推动全方位的市场准入，进一步加深国际贸易自由化，加大货物贸易关税减让，降低关税高峰值，制定高标准、全方位的服务贸易规则，非传统贸易壁垒议题比重增加，规范领域扩大。中国在新一代国际经贸规则重构浪潮中要坚持推动WTO体制下的多边贸易谈判，积极推行自由贸易区战略，进一步推动国内开放改革，缩小与国际贸易新标准的差距，加速中美双边投资协定进程，加强与美欧多方面合作。%After the financial crisis, the core issue of a new generation international economic and trade rules is to promote all-round mar-ket access, deepen international trade liberalization, further cut trade tariffs, decrease the summit value, and make high standard, all-round trade rules for service trade. The proportion of nontraditional trade barrier issues is increasing and the ruling field is enlarging. Under the reconstruction tide of new generation international economic and trade rules, China should insist on promoting multilateral ne-gotiation under the WTO system, positively enhance FTA strategy and boost domestic opening-up reform. In addition, China needs to di-minish the gap between the new standards of international trade, accelerate the process for Sino-American mutual investment agreement, and enhance the collaboration with the United States, Europe and other areas.
