酒店人性化管理中存在的问题和对策

         

摘要

人性化管理是酒店管理发展到一定阶段后的必然产物。针对酒店人性化管理中存在的不能充分调动员工的积极性、对员工的授权不够、酒店管理模式落后等问题,酒店在整个管理过程中应该充分注意人性要素,充分挖掘员工的各项潜能。具体内容包含对员工的尊重和适度授权,酒店内部的整体协调和酒店文化的建设等。通过人性化管理可以实现酒店与员工个人事业发展的双赢。%Human-based management is a natural outcome when hotel management develops to a certain stage. To solve the problems of human-based hotel management, such as insufficient motivation of staff's enthusiasm, deficient authorization for employees and backward pattern of hotel management, hotels should attach importance to human factors in the whole management process and tap into the potential of the employees. The specific contents include showing respect and giving moderate authorization to the employees, coordinating all sec-tors of a hotel and building a hotel culture. The human management will help reach a win-win result for both the hotel development and the growth of the employee careers.
