In the context of the development of society and the era and the proposal of sports power dream by general secretary Xi,various fields of sports have underwent prosperous development and progress.The socialization of mass sports,a livelihood issue of the new era,has been drawing much attention from leaders. Especially in Dalian,the devotion to practical path research of mass sports socialization has generated great achievements.Taking the mass sports socialization in Dalian as its research object,the paper explores concrete practical path to carry out to provide reference for mass sports socialization practice in Dalian in the future as follows:(1)promoting social mass sports in Dalian on the basis of traditional mass sport;(2)enhancing the enthusiasm of mass sports by means of sports competition;(3)increasing the scientific nature of mass sports by the path of health promotion;(4)improving the richness of mass sports by the drive of emerging sports.;(5) strengthening mass sports participation through the channel of mass sports activities;(6)strengthening the normality of mass sports exercise by taking community sports,school sports and sports associations as the main body;(7)promoting the level of mass sports in the form of emerging third industry and high -end sports club;(8)enhancing the sustainability of mass sports through cooperating with large economic entity and broadening the source of sports fund.%社会在发展，时代在进步。自习近平总书记提出体育强国梦后，我国体育各领域都有了蓬勃发展和进步。作为新时代的一个民生问题，群众体育的社会化一直是我国各级领导十分关心的。特别是大连市，近年来一直致力于群众体育社会化的实践路径研究，收到了很大成效。本研究以大连群众体育社会化为研究对象，对具体的的实践路径展开探讨，为大连市今后的群众体育社会化实践提供了参考。（1）以传统的群众体育项目为基础，促进大连群众体育社会性。（2）以竞技比赛为手段，增强群众体育的积极性。（3）以健康宣传为途径，增强群众体育的科学性。（4）以新兴体育为带动，增强群众体育的丰富性。（5）以大型群体活动为媒介，增强群众体育的参与性。（6）以社区体育、学校体育和各体育项目协会为主体，增强群众体育锻炼的正规性。（7）以新兴第三产业及高端体育会所为形式，增强群众体育的档次。（8）与大型经济实体合作，扩大群众体育的资金来源，增强群众体育的可持续性。
