5-HT、DA与运动性中枢疲劳的关系及运动疲劳的恢复浅述

摘要

In recent years, exercise-induced central fatigue has become one of hot issues in scientific researchers.By the method of literature summarization, it is found that the research on central fatigue of exercise has been progressed.This paper has analyzed and discussed the effect of 5-HT, DA and other neurotransmitters on exercise-induced central fatigue.And discussion is made on the recovery of exercise-induced fatigue so as to get some inspiration in the neurotransmitter fatigue recovery.%近年来,运动性中枢疲劳成为科研人员的研究热点之一.通过文献资料法,对国内运动中枢疲劳相关文章进行分析后,发现国内对于运动性中枢疲劳的研究已有所进展.本文对5-HT、DA等神经递质的在运动性中枢疲劳中的影响进行了一定的分析讨论,同时浅谈运动疲劳的恢复,以期在神经递质方面疲劳的恢复有所启发.
