羽毛球训练对青少年身体素质的影响

         

摘要

选取10-12岁年龄阶段,无羽毛球基础的青少年为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实验法、数据统计法等多种实验方法,对羽毛球教学效果进行实践分析.结果表明:实验组在各方面变化都很明显,其中力量素质、速度素质尤为显著,羽毛球运动对处于第二激烈增长阶段的青少年身体素质有显著的影响.建议:提高对羽毛球运动重要性认识;构建"学校、社会、家庭"三位一体的全民健身体系;加强青少年羽毛球教学、科研力度;优化教学、训练方法,提高教学质量;优化学校羽毛球师资队伍;加强体育科学监测、医疗等支援;积极组织青少年羽毛赛事.%This paper selects youth between 10-12 with no badminton experiences as the research object, uses a variety of experimental methods such as literature, experimental method and data statistics methods to practically analyze the teaching effect The results show that: the experimental group changes significantly in all aspects, with the strength quality and speed quality particularly remarkable, the badminton movement has remarkable influence to the youth physical quality that is in the second intense growth stage.Suggestion: to improve the understanding of the importance of badminton;to construct a schools, families and society "three-in-one" national fitness system;to strengthen the scientific research and teaching efforts;to optimize teaching and training methods and improve the quality of teaching;to optimize the structure of school badminton teachers;to strengthen the sports scientific monitoring and medical support;and to organize youth badminton events actively.
