毛细管辐射供暖末端装置在我国的应用越来越广泛,需要对其热性能进行深入研究.本文在参考国外辐射供暖装置热性能测试方法标准的基础上,选取具有代表性的毛细管石膏辐射板作为测试样品,在壁面冷却闭式小室所创造的稳态人工环境中进行了散热量、辐射表面温度、空气温度梯度、黑球温度等热性能参数的测试,并对比了在吊顶与墙面2种不同安装方式下热性能参数的不同.本文研究成果可为相关产品的研究与工程设计提供参考.%With the widely application of capillary tube radiant heating terminal device in our county,the thermal performance should be studied. In this paper, took the foreign test method standards for thermal performance of radiant heating appliances for reference,the representative capillary tube gypsum radiant board was selected as the test sample, and the thermal performance parameters of heat loss, radiant surface temperature, air temperature gradient and globe temperature were tested in steady-state environment created by wall-cooling closed booth. Furthermore, the parameters under ceiling mounted and wall mounted conditions were compared. The research results of this paper could provide reference for related product development and project design.
