超声波检测矩形钢管混凝土脱空缺陷的研究

摘要

超声波作为检测钢管混凝土内部密实度和缺陷的重要手段,在国内工程检测领域已得到应用.本文以足尺矩形钢管混凝土试件作为研究对象,对自密实混凝土的脱空缺陷采用超声波进行测试,提出了较为准确的脱空缺陷声速判断方法.采用压力灌浆对缺陷进行处理试验并进行效果验证,提出有效的处理方法.%As an important means to detect the compactness and defects of concrete filled steel tubes,ultrasonic has been applied in the field of engineering inspection in China.In this paper,full-scale rectangular concrete filled steel tube is used as the research object,through ultrasonic testing the void defects of self compacting concrete,a method for judging the void defect velocity accurately is suggested.The pressure grouting is used to deal with the defects and the effect is verified,finally,the effective treatment method is put forward.
