复合材料桩的发展及其应用

         

摘要

Fibre composites have been a viable option in replacing traditional pile materials such as concrete,steel and timber which have limited service life when used in harsh marine environment.Their resistance to corrosion and long service life make composite material piles an economical and environmentally viable solution comparing with traditional piling.The historical use of composite piles is presented,and the structural and geotechnical design of several types of load bearing composite piles are analyzed such as concrete filled FRP piles,composite steel core piles,Structurally Reinforced Plastic (SRP) Piles and so on.And an overview on composite pile technologies in testing,design,driving performance and practice of composite piles is carried out.At last,the further study on composite material piles is highlighted.It is expected that the information provided in this paper will provide references for researchers and engineers to develop efficient techniques and guidelines in application of composites piles.%传统材料如混凝土、钢、木材在恶劣的海洋和腐蚀环境中使用时寿命非常短,由于复合材料桩具有耐腐蚀和使用寿命长的特点,使得其与传统材料桩相比在寿命周期内更具经济性和环保性,因此在恶劣环境条件下越来越多的传统桩材料桩被纤维复合材料桩替代.本文详细介绍了复合材料桩的使用发展历史,分析了几种典型的复合材料桩如混凝土填充FRP桩、钢管芯复合材料桩、结构增强塑料桩(SRP)等的结构特点,以及复合桩技术在测试、设计、打桩性能和复合材料桩的工程应用情况和存在的主要缺点,最后对复合材料桩今后需要进一步研究的重点进行了说明.
