本文介绍了鸿坤云时代项目一期VRV系统采暖节能改造措施, 通过增加VRV集中控制系统和幕墙包围式散热器系统进行改造.通过对改造方案的造价估算, VRV系统冬季制热运行费用, 新增采暖系统的运行成本等数据测算动态成本投资回收期, 动态投资回收期6.7年远小于行业基准投资回收期12年.%This article introduces energy saving reforming of VRV heating for Hongkun Cloud Era project phase one, through the increase of VRV centralized control system and curtain wall enclosed radiator system transformation.Based on the cost estimate of transformation scheme, VRV heating operation cost in heating season, the new heating system operation cost calculation of dynamic cost payback period, dynamic payback period of 6.7 years is far less than the industry benchmark investment payback period of 12 years.
