既有采暖住宅小区节能改造应用与示范项目探究

摘要

The PaPer indicates the background for the energy-saving reconstruction of the existing heat-suPPly residential comPlexes,and Points out the architectural energy-saving reconstruction schemes from the exterior enclosure structure,heating system,and environment according to the comPrehensive diagnosis of the buildings in the comPlex by taking Changfeng Residential ComPlex of Taiyuan University of Technology as the ex-amPle,so as to realize the reduction of the architectural energy consumPtion.%论述了既有采暖住宅小区节能改造的背景，以太原理工大学长风住宅小区为例，通过对该小区建筑的综合诊断，从外围护结构、采暖系统、居住环境等方面，提出了建筑节能改造方案，实现了降低建筑能耗的目标。
