冷却塔设计热力性能的确定及CFD模拟软件在冷却塔设计中的工程实践

     

摘要

在循环冷却水系统设计中,针对冷却塔的热力性能选型参数差异较大的情况,从冷却塔热力性能允许偏离限值及气流环境影响两方面进行了分析,提出了合理确定冷却塔设计热力性能的技术要点.并分析了冷却塔几种典型的不利安装条件,分析了其气流特点、主要影响因素及布置要点.并结合某区域供冷站工程的冷却塔设计,介绍了CFD模拟软件在冷却塔设计中的应用.%In the design of the circulating cooling water system, in view of the difference of the thermodynamic performance parameters of the cooling towers, the deviation from limits of the thermodynamic performance and the influence of the airflow environment were analyzed, and the technical points of determining reasonably the thermal performance of cooling tower were proposed. Some typical unfavorable installation conditions, its airflow characteristics, main influencing factors and arrangement essentials were analyzed. In addition, by taking a regional cooling station project as an example, the application of CFD simulation software in the design of cooling tower system was introduced.
