广西夏热冬暖地区居住建筑节能率目标的研究与实施建议

摘要

Energy saving target is the core content of standard for residential buildings energy saving design in Guangxi,should be determined according to the actual situation in Guangxi. Typical residential buildings are selected as research object for calculating and achieving 55%energy efficiency corresponding to the performance parameters of building enclosure structure in hot summer and warm winter zone of Guangxi with frequently -used calculation software BECS 2016. The feasibility of 55%energy efficiency ratio is analyzed based on the practical engineering application of energy - saving products, with the reasonable energy saving target as well as the corresponding implementation measures.%节能率目标是广西居住建筑节能设计标准的核心内容,其值需根据广西实际情况研究确定.采用市场上常见的清华斯维尔节能计算软件BECS 2016,以典型居住建筑为研究对象,对广西夏热冬暖地区南、北区建筑实现55%节能率所对应的围护结构性能指标进行计算,并结合工程实际应用的节能产品情况进行可行性分析,提出合理的节能率要求及实施方法.
