The wind environment around the building influence on thermal comfort is an important factor in building design. Based on computational fluid dynamics method, the phoenics software was utilized to analyze the teaching building's wind environment, the winter and summer simulation dates of the teaching building was obtained,which included pressure field,velocity field,air age. These dates are analyzed and compared, the direction of the pressure on the building is different which is caused by the different seasons' wind. Pressure range between-2-2 Pa. In the summer and winter,the building wind speed ranges between 0 m/s to 4 m/s, and it belongs to the comfortable wind. The vast majority of the teaching building conforms to the requirements and it makes full use of the natural ventilation,only needs some partial modifications.%建筑物周围风环境对热舒适性的影响是建筑设计的重要因素.基于计算流体力学方法,应用phoenics软件对南昌某教学楼风环境进行数值模拟,得出冬夏两季风环境的压力场、速度场、空气龄等模拟结果,并进行分析比较.结果表明不同季节风向对建筑物产生的压力方向不同,压力范围差基本在-2 ~2 Pa,冬夏建筑物风速在0 ~4 m/s,属于舒适性风.教学楼大部分符合要求且充分利用了自然通风,只需要局部改造.
