高等院校变压器节能运行方案探讨

This paper discusses different seasonal power load and power consumption by users in colleges and universities. Through setting low-voltage interconneetion ties between substation and distribution station, using smart appliances, making up a network monit%探讨高等院校的季节性负荷．提出可通过在变配电所间设置低压联络线、采用智能电器、构建网络监控平台等措施，实现在学校寒（暑）假期间根据用电负荷的变化及时投切变压器．达到节能降耗的目的。
